Formed in 2008 by directors Steve Crosby, Iain Ferguson and Mike Medcalf, three design engineers who had worked successfully together  on numerous schemes. From five original employees Crosby, Ferguson & Medcalf Ltd has grown to a workforce of over thirty with involvement on a extensive and varied range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
